Quiet little and absolutely brilliant hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed its very central location next to the centre of Bowness next to bars restaurants and shops, the Lake shore and lake and all shops/restaurants. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating, offered exceptional services.

We were there for 1 night, overall had a very very good stay. The hotel was brilliant, location was perfect fantastic right in the centre, superb breakfast. All the personnel was extremely helpful. Truly enjoyed the way our double room was. It was a nice size, included a very clean bed plus an electric kettle, central heating, and television.

The location was amazing, next to all the good pubs and restaurants and the centre of bowness very close to pubs, exceptional value. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and the breakfast was absolutely superb and gorgeous with quality ingredients. This was my second lovely stay here and I would come here again.

I absolutely loved my stay at Laurel Cottage! the breakfast was delicious and filling, and the staff served it with a smile. the location was perfect, close to all the local amenities. the shower had a heavy flow of warm water, and despite the building being older, it was kept very clean. the staff were friendly and approachable, and the peaceful environment made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The room itself was immaculate and incredible with tea and great shower plus coffee as advertised. Location: the hotel was just next door to Bowness-on-Windermere and pub.

I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed.

We stayed in a double room complete with coffee, complimentary toiletries plus milk. We booked it for £ 62. The location was marvellous and best possible, close to The Arcade. And the area was excellent, very close to all shops and Laurel Cottage.

Our recent stay at Laurel Cottage Bowness was nothing short of perfect. The location was ideal, being right in the heart of town. Despite a few small maintenance issues in the room, it was still pleasant and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to take care of our bikes and car. We were able to truly relax and enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
